
Basil Vinaigrette
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 of a shallot
1 garlic clove
4 fresh basil leaves (larger ones, if you have small ones you may need more)
2 tablespoons fresh Italian parsley
salt and pepper to taste
Place all ingredients in food processor and process until blended smooth.
