I actually prefer to read ...I love Cook's Country. I actually prefer to read and make recipes in Cook's country over Cooks Illustrated. I love the information in Cooks Illustrated though. They really are two different magazines and each have some good points. I really like how Cook's Country does colored pictures of their food.
