We use to go to a place named Katz. I think it may still be there. They made the BEST Reuben sandwiches EVER!!! I should try my hand at it some day. I can't imagine anything but rye bread but I would be willing to try sourdough because it just so happens to be a favorite of mine. <br /><br />I checked out your Thousand Island dressing too. It sure looks like the recipe I've used. I'm going to save that link for a future post. The words Thousand Island Dressing were coined by a woman by the name of Georgina May Campbell.
